For B2B SaaS teams where the founder still sells
Who to contact today, and why.
Every morning, Tellvale shows you the people worth contacting, why now is the moment, with a source you can check, and a draft ready to send. You approve, edit or skip, and it goes out from your own inbox.

before your first AE starts
Saw the founding AE role you posted last week. When the founder still owns pipeline, a new AE often starts with an empty calendar. Every morning I get a short list of who to contact and why, plus a draft. Worth 20 minutes before they start?
Signals it watches for
- First Account Executive role posted
- Seed or Series A announced
- New Head of Sales started
- Job post names a tool you replace
- Opening an office in a new market
- First SDR role posted
- Founder writing about pipeline
- New VP of Revenue
The problem
Lists are easy. Reasons are hard.
- 01
A database gives you thousands of names.
And no idea which few are worth your morning. Filtering is not the same as choosing.
- 02
AI writes fast, and it shows.
Generic emails come from generic reasons. A draft is only as good as the reason behind it.
- 03
Checking is what eats the time.
Is the moment real? Is this the right person? Has anyone on your team already written? That’s where the hours go.
Tellvale does the choosing and the checking. You make the call.
How it works
A short review with your coffee, instead of a morning of research.
- 1
Describe who you sell to, in plain words
Tellvale turns it into criteria you can read and change: the companies, the moments that matter, the people who buy, and who to leave out.
- 2
It watches your market overnight
New job posts, funding, leadership changes and more. Every candidate is checked against your criteria, and most are skipped.
- 3
You get only the accounts with a real reason
Each one has the right person, why now, and a dated source you can open. A quiet day shows three strong accounts, not ten padded ones.
- 4
Approve, edit or skip, then send from your inbox
Drafts follow your own writing rules and examples. Change a line for this email only, or tell it to do that from now on.
Tellvale is new. The first teams get their morning list and drafts by email or a shared sheet while the in-app inbox is finished. Same list, same drafts, same price. You move into the inbox as soon as it ships.
A sample morning list
What lands in your inbox at 8:00.
This is the early-access format: an email or a shared sheet each morning. Seen is what happened, with its source. Our read is what we think it means for you, so you can judge the reasoning, not just the result.

37 accounts skipped overnight. Why:
- No recent signal 21
- Outside your criteria 11
- Already in your CRM 5
Illustrative sample, built the way Tellvale builds real lists. Not real companies or sources.
Why it’s different
Every recommendation shows its work.
Most tools hand you a name and a guess. Tellvale hands you the evidence, so you can decide in seconds whether it’s worth your email.
- 1
The account
A company that matches your criteria, sized and located, with anything that rules it out already checked.
- 2
Seen: the signal, with its source
What happened and when, linked to where it was published. If there’s no source, there’s no recommendation.
- 3
Our read: why it matters to you
What we think the event means for your product this month, labeled as our interpretation so you can disagree with it.
- 4
The right person
Who owns the problem at that company, with verified contact details.
- 5
A draft worth sending
Short, specific, built on the reason above, and written the way you write.
How it compares
The middle path between doing it all yourself and handing it all away.
| Question | Database + AI chat, yourself | AI SDR or agency | Tellvale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who picks the accounts | You, from search filters | The vendor | Tellvale, from fresh signals. You approve. |
| Why this account, now | You research it | Often generic | A dated source you can open |
| Who sends | You | The vendor, from their domains | You, from your own inbox |
| Volume | Whatever you push | High | Personal: about 20–50 a day |
| Your time each morning | Hours of research | Little, with little control | A short review |
| Price | Low, plus your time | Typically $3,000+ a month | $499 a month per team |
Who it’s for
Made for teams where the founder still sells.
You’re good once you’re in the room. The hard part is knowing who to talk to next, and finding the time to write to them. Often it gets harder right after you hire your first AE, who needs meetings from week one.
A good fit if
- You sell B2B software to US companies
- You have 10 to 100 people
- Your deals are worth $20k or more a year
- The founder still sells, or you have 1 to 3 reps and no SDR team
- Someone owns a pipeline target they have to fill themselves
Probably not a fit if
- You want thousands of emails a day
- You want someone else to run your outreach
- Most of your buyers are outside the US, for now
Pricing
One plan. Monthly. Cancel any time.
The first 10 teams keep this price for 12 months
- Up to 10 accounts every morning, only the ones with a real reason
- The right person at each account, with contact details
- A dated, linked source behind every reason
- A draft for every account, following your writing rules
- Up to 3 users on your team
- Hands-on onboarding for the first 2 weeks
Billed monthly. No contract.
Is it worth it?
It pays for itself if it saves you about 20 minutes a workday, or brings one extra qualified meeting a month.
With deals of $20k or more a year, one extra deal covers it many times over. We’ll measure both with you in the first month.
How the first month works
- 01
A call first
A short call about how you sell today and who you sell to.
- 02
Setup in week one
We describe your ideal customer together, add a few emails you’re proud of, and your morning list starts.
- 03
Measured together
What you sent, what you skipped and why, the time each account took, and the replies and meetings that came from it.
- 04
You decide on the numbers
Continue month to month, or stop. No contract.
You approve every email
Nothing goes out on its own. You read it, change it or skip it.
Your own inbox, at a personal volume
Sent from your real address, a few dozen a day. No lookalike domains, no blasts.
Opt-outs are honored for good
Anyone who asks not to be contacted goes on a suppression list and stays there.

FAQ
Questions
Does Tellvale send emails for me?
No. You approve every message, and it goes out from your own Gmail or Outlook, or from your own Instantly or Smartlead account if you already use one.
How many accounts will I get each day?
Up to about 10, and only as many as have a strong reason that day. Some mornings that’s three. We’d rather show you three good ones than ten you have to wade through.
Where do the signals and contacts come from?
Signals come from public sources such as job posts, funding filings and company news, and every one is linked so you can check it. Contact details come from established B2B data providers. Both are included in the price.
Which signals does it use?
Hiring and funding from day one. During onboarding we pick the signals that matter for your market, such as a job post naming a tool you replace, a new sales leader or a new office, and add new ones as customers need them.
How is this different from a contact database or a CRM’s built-in suggestions?
Those give you data or suggestions inside a tool you still have to work through. Tellvale does the choosing and the checking first, shows you the source behind each reason, and only then hands you a draft.
Is it written by AI?
Language models help with the research and the first draft. Every reason is tied to a source, and you read every draft before it goes anywhere.
Do you automate LinkedIn?
No. It breaks LinkedIn’s terms and gets accounts banned. Tellvale can suggest a LinkedIn note for you to send yourself.
Does it replace my CRM?
Not today. Tellvale decides who to contact next and works next to the CRM you already have.
What happens after the first month?
You continue month to month at the same price, or stop. You can cancel any time.
Is it available now?
Not yet. The first teams start soon, with their morning list and drafts by email or a shared sheet while the in-app inbox is finished.
Tomorrow, 8:00 AM
